Capitalizing on population trends in targeted growth markets, we view multifamily assets as being more resilient throughout the full economic cycle. The value-add nature of these investments provides our investors with opportunities for upside returns.
We focus on markets and submarkets with strong fundamentals, proximity to public transportation, and/or well-protected suburban locations. These investments typically have diversified tenant bases and offer cash flow stability that provide high levels of current yield.
These assets are opportunities to create significant value from rehabbing or significantly modifying building shells, an approach well-suited to new-economy users such as R&D firms, technology, or scientifically-oriented tenants.
